Yes, They are all basically the same as other servers, Except for being able to take sits while roleplaying, that is a new one to me.

Do you have past experience of being Staff? (If so state the rank and your tasks):
DarkRP: Admin, Role above moderator, More commands and powers, Can organise mods when there are no other higher ranked people on.

How much time could you spend on the server in an average week?:
Have not been on for a entire week but I have been on and will be on every day straight after work for an undetermined number of hours.

What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum):
Not sure if I can really sum it up in 175 words.

 I have experience in being staff in DarkRP servers. First one took a while to get out of T-Mod but others I got out of it really quickly. I have experience in management and am currently a manager in a retail store, hopefully if I do end up getting a higher position I can use those experiences to bring additional professionalism.

 I CAN be calm, collected and if working as a shift leader has told me anything, I have a huge amount of patience. Though with all that I also do not take any BS from anyone. If someone does start shouting and screaming at the other person instead of calmly making their statement it easily hurt their case.

I hate lies and recently I have gotten really good at listening for inconsistencies and contradictions in peoples statements. Also listening for that tone of voice that separates the truth from the lies. Which is probably why I have been getting better at poker recently as well.


Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum):
Being staff for me would be a really good way to improve myself on more difficult situations in the real world. Outside of the internet and away from the computer I am a pretty reserved and quiet person. Of course that does translate to online where if I am put with a large group of people I tend to get really quiet which is something I really hate about myself and I want to become more active and outspoken so this is definitely a chance for me to improve myself in those areas.

Of course another reason I want to be staff is to help people. I have always had a desire to help people through their problems either with each other or with themselves. I have a few friends who do rely on me for support with either depression or just general things like asking advice or dealing with other friends that they are having trouble with. Though people do consider me to be good at this I still want to improve on this as I do not consider myself the best that I can be.


Tell us more about yourself (150 words minimum):
Outside work in real life. I am pretyt quiet actually. I keep to myself in my room and occassionally will accept invites to go out, though I am able to accept those once in a blue moon because of the hours I work. To the people I know I am erractic, jokey with a lot of banter, never taking anything seriously unless really needed. To the people who dont know me I am really reserved and respectful. I only speak when spoken but always with a smile on my face and if I get comfortable I will crack a few jokes. Some people have said that I am a really good listener when it comes to serious topics.

In work, I am the same with my colleagues. I know them all, I always joke around with them and throw casual banter towards each other. I listen to them when they have problems and they listen to me when I have problems, Well except for a couple of people, but that is drama for another day.
Towards customers I am more professional, always listening and asking if anyone needs help. I am not afraid to kick someone out for using bad language and threatening my colleagues, I see plenty and deal with plenty of problem customers who think a manager will come to prove a colleague wrong.
